PHASE 1 & 2 INFORMATION COMUNICATION BUILDING PROJECT (BEN AKURUKA COMMUNICATION LTD) We need help to achieve our Goal no 2 and Goal no 5 from the list below. Goal No2 is the highest priority. Explaining the issue of building and communication units systems and equipments. 1. Setup online learning and online schooling for the privileges children’s -- 100% complete will be on the ending of 2015 2. Setup class rooms: Build one more class room. This class rooms will be Furnished for online adult groups. Also require 30 units of new desks top computer system for this purpose. We got 125/230 more admission applications but unfortunately we are unable to enroll these Privileges Children’s and Adults in the Information Technology t Profession within current resources. Once this class room is built, we will be able to enroll 500 more students professional in this. This means 40 more students in BACLTD each year. This amount of $50,000 needed will assist in covers some construction of information communication online learning building of large class room along with windows/doors fittings, Electric appliance, Paint Job and furniture for the 40 students. 3. Uniforms of privileges children’s l will: -- 100% complete (2 sets per each student) 4. Computer for office usage will be: -- 100% complete 5. Playing area: Need this area for the physical growth of the Adults. We will fill this area with sand or cement tiles to ensure the safety of the Adults students in case of falling down. Slides and Outdoor games will be installed in this area will be. 60% Completed 6. Educational Trips: Ongoing 7. Staff Hiring will be open of staff will be: -- 100% complete (Qualified Staff hire) 8. School building enhancements will be with high standard:--100% complete (5 new rooms built) 9. Medical check ups: 90 % Need: BACLTD is a project specially designed for Adults and Information Technologist Professional who can only think of “Quality” education in their dreams The need of the Organization can be very closely felt in such an area where the issue of Adults Gender and Equal Opportunities labor is very much in line. The Lack of education awareness forces the Children’s and Adults to divert their mentality in engaging in various others laborious activities. By getting one more class room, we will be able to look after 40 more students by giving a huge relief to their families. Target population:- 132 students currently enrolled. Children are of 100+ under privilege families. 100 more students Scope of Work:- Improvements & new developments along with the sustainability of the Information Communication House Unit Building. School building enhancements Library Classes upgrade from 5 to 10 for Children’s in Information Technology Class School. Free Internet to all students. Monitoring Plan. The Staff/Operational Mgmt highlights organizational needs. BACLTD Exec bodies’ meets online, identify the necessities, tackle financial challenges, suggests changes and then tracking progress along with Members of other Telecommunication and IT Members in Nigeria. It involves. Online exec body meetings twice a year Chairman meeting once a week with Head Directors Chairman meeting once a week with Telecommunication and IT. Chairman meeting once a month with Administration staff. Expenditures are approved by executive body. Audit being carried out each month by Telecommunication and IT to track down the monthly expenses with exec body. These are some of the programs we do for some Africa countries.
