Vern is the President of Wrestling Operations for CNWA Live Pro Wrestling, a Canadian wrestling organization striving to provide family and event entertainment for viewers throughout the nation.

Stemming from his innate athleticism and lifelong passion for wrestling, Vern launched his career as a local wrestler in 1993, continuing to build two decades of diverse industry experience as a promoter, talent manager, publicist, graphic artist and trainer. Discovering a unique opportunity to re-create the televised wrestling experience, Vern joined efforts with the CNWA’s original founder, Fred May, to re-launch the company.

Currently, responsible for overseeing the all operations, Vern plays a lead role in the company’s initiatives for developing a positive community image, spearheading community based fundraising projects and events across Manitoba and British Columbia. Evidencing his profound industry knowledge, Vern authored his first published book ‘Wrestling in the Canadian West’.

Bumps and bruises ... just another day at the office! Hello everyone, this is Vern May touching base with the Stanford community. My company is a touring professional wrestling show with an online media presence and we're the only wrestling league in Canada to publish its own bi-monthly magazine. Through our events, publications, television, as well as being actively involved with youth role model talks, our firm provides a great platform for marketing to a wide demographic for those businesses looking to reach the market in western Canada. I cannot recall in my life, ever have knowing a set of twins. Would you believe that in the past four months I have done wedding videos for three sets of twins. Not just twins, but identical twins. And I mean identical. Adding to that, I took another booking for a wedding video today and for the second time in a month, I am doing a wedding video where the brides name is Samantha and the grooms name is Chris.

Hi everyone. I have just joined whoswho so would like to introduce myself. My name is Greg and I am from Brisbane, Australia.I am a videographer specialising in weddings. I will of course take on any other event that a client wants videoed. Filming and photography has been a hobby since as far back as 1968, but it has only been in the last 12 months that I have taken it up as a full time job. This was due to restructering at my last job that made my position surplus. Having worked in the electrical and electronics fields all my life, I thought that this was all I could do, then suddenly I realised - hey, i have a lifetime hobby that i enjoy and have learnt so much about - step outside the square you've been boxed up in all those years and do something different.
