Masking Faces of Anger
Everyone thinks that anger comes in the form of an outward burst of expression or physical violence, boy have I got news for you. One day after taking in a long walk at the park, I came across this individual who was in great shape but in very deep thought. Immediately, I caught his attention and the pursuit was on to capture my interest. During this time my heart wasn't very open to receive a new person on an intimate level, therefore it was like prying a window open with a crowbar just to make conversation. About four weeks had past when he discovered that I wasn't bulging and that's when the new face came out. See, I detected first-hand there were unresolved issues but as time progressed he would either let the past offenses go and grow or self destruct. Having chosen to keep his pain as an incentive to stay stagnated yet yearned for the love and affection of another person's heart but only to damage them forever. Unfortunately, deep rooted pain has a way of spilling over onto the lives of innocent people. Sparking my curiosity I began my probe into the psychological state of this strong but silently angry individual. Though his handsome face spoke one language, the eyes had the final word! Meaning the eyes are the gateway to the soul and no one can change the answer the eyes have given. Waiting patiently on the heart to pump this infected blood through his vain one more time I nailed him for being a personal hypocrite. So judgmental yet so full of unforgiveness towards the small past offenses render by other people. The hidden face came to surface and stayed a while eliminating as many circles of people as possible. I allowed him to expose the dark side of the infected heart flowing from such a strong but empty man. Now it was time, the pain had to be confronted that caused the infection which produced enough anger to hunt and hurt innocent souls. There it happened space for repentance came and the misery, shame and desire to exploit the innocence of another soul were no longer of any value to him. Now the inner circle could change would no longer have room to hibernate and keep the wound alive as well as fresh. Inner healing began to come forward therefore giving birth to trust, joy and the need to give the same love he was looking to receive. Remember we all have the ability to ware a mask over the suffrage of our lives but in the same breath we can forgive, deal with the pain and be free to love, live and be celebrated instead of being tolerated.
what i don\'t see a lot in the literature about is the fact that vit d holusd be taken with fat no wonder it seems to be best absorbed when one takes it with the largest meal of the day. there\'s probably more fat in it.isn\'t that what fat soluble vitamin means? i haven\'t read dr. Horlick\'s new book, but i understand that he does not mention that vit d needs to be taken with fat. if that is correct, how can that be?also, you don\'t see a lot in the literature about taking it with the co-factors.
