My parents are New Yorkers from the Golden Era (1930-1950) my father was in the Army for over 20 years and retired as a Lt Colonel.
I owe alot of my value systems and my work ethic to them.
I have resided in the Tampa Bay Area since 1970 watching everything devolop in the tri city area (Tampa, St Pete, Clearwater). I have had and used my real estate liscense since !987. I have a vast knowledge of the area and the amenitiies available to potential clients whether they are relocating, down-sizing, moving up or out, or investing.
I understand the nuances of property management and have been actively involved with over 15 years of experience. I also own some of my own rentals which gives me a greater depth in understanding the investor. I have done and experienced 1031 exchanges myself and for my clients.
I hold a broker liscense and continue to attend seminars, educational development, and property mangement/real estate conventions to improve my business.
I belong to NARPM the National Association of Property Managers to take my property management sector to the next level.
Personally, I love Florida and what it has to offer. I enjoy the outdoors, art venues, gardening, sports and theatre activities.
