For just over 10 years I have focussed my career on people related roles to help people achieve. Initially through recruitment and later into contractor management, where I headed a team of over 200 contractors working in mine production orientated roles. It was here that we achieved some truly amazing results to meet & exceed client obligations. Our hiring process was innovative and highly regarded within industry circles. Apart from meeting client obligations, we worked hard to listen and deliver for our employees. If you don't have a motivated and content workforce, you're going to find business hard going.
The key is to listening. Listen to your clientele, listen to your employees & hire accordingly.
