Steve has been the Lead Pastor for Remembrance for 3 years. His passion is to help people better understand God’s love for them and His purpose for their lives. He has been married to Alison since 1990 and they have five children: Abby-17; James-14; Amy-12, Aubrey-10, and Jack-8. He has an engineering degree, and also a master of divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, FL. Steve has 10 years of college campus ministry experience with Campus Crusade for Christ, and has served for 15 years in church ministry in Orlando, FL, Memphis, TN, St. Paul, MN and now in Grand Rapids, MI.
Steve has also done mission work in Austria, The Philippines, Hong Kong/China, and Mexico. Alison, being fluent in French, has served Christ in France, Belgium, and Morocco.
