I am Broker/Owner of Sellstate Advantage South West Realty Inc, 9400 Gladiolus Drive Suite310-A, Ft Myers FL 33908, with our sister office, Sellstate Advantage located at 703 Cape Coral Pkwy W, Cape Coral FL 33914 together we network servicing the greater Lee County - SW FL market:  Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, North Ft Myers (my old office location), Lehigh acres, Lee, Charlotte and Collier counties.

My office provides full service default – REO & BPO services, we are operational on short notice and many times same day service, our caliber of services is supportable through with our presently strong and growing relationships with companies such as:  CitiMortgage, Consumer Mortgage Corporation, Titanium Solutions, and member in NRBA.

 Sellstate Advantage South West performs Advanced Evaluations with these companies and operates with conventional and encrypted i-clear information, billing & invoice formats.  Sellstate Advantage South West  also holds contracts in place with property management vendor services including; lawn, trash-out, secure, rekey, lock box weekly property inspection reports and cash for keys default services.

 My new construction,  resale and leasing of both residential and commercial real estate sales experience is documented with over 20+ years’ award winning experience. 

I as Broker/Owner of Brenner Realty Inc, I purchased what was formerly the general real estate office of Jack Parker Realty Inc, a division of Jack Parker Construction, a leader in the design of high quality, environmentally beneficial, moderately priced housing neighborhoods, gated golf course communities (Grandezza, Pelican Strand, Mastic and luxury high rise building/communities and commercial projects from IBM International World Headquarters in White Plains NY,  to Ramapo Valley Airport, Rockland County New York).  The Brenner Realty Team offers leasing services of over 120 properties. Furthermore we have achieved the distinction of being among the Top 5% producers in the Lee County Greater Fort Myers area and the Beach Board of Realtors for each of the years, 2001, 2002, 2003 & 2004 and awarded the Sales Excellence Gold awards in 2001 and 2002 as well as a recipient of the Pinnacle Gold Performer award in both 1998 and 1999. I was voted best Broker –Agent in the North Fort Myers Breeze in 2009

I have been active with the local Lee County Builders Association and awarded Pinnacle Salesperson of the year regardless of volume. I am active member of the National Association of Home Builders MIRM (Member of Institute of Residential Marketing which has less than 800 members earn this distinction in all North America ), and Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP). 

 My experience includes Executive Vice-president of Land Banking for the CAI Real Estate Fund, a Wall Street NY Hedge Fund company. My activities included land acquisition, due diligence with: zoning, permitting, and compliance issues. I have completed several hundred acre+ vacant land acquisitions for planned community developments for NYSE builder developers. Locally within US Homes – Lennar Corp. Beazer Homes, KB Homes and the Burnt Store Marina Resort Community in Punta Gorda, Florida a formerly WCI corporation community.  I am a HUD approved real estate broker .  Past President of the North Ft Myers Design & Review Panel, former Chairman of the North Ft. Myers Community Planning Panel, currently an active member of both panels.

I have experience with sourcing land acquisitions for US Justice Department agencies with Meridian Construction & Development for FBI, DEA, ICE Homeland Security. I am a USCG Lic Capt.  Auxiliary member, enjoy Tarpon fishing, just getting out on the water and boating.

I am a Certified Health Coach with the Take Shape for Life – Medifast Corporation I have lost 98 pounds since Aug 2009 and now working on weight maintenance physical strength training I am enjoying more physical activity I thought I would never be able to perform again.
