Famously known as the "Attitude Specialist," Dr. Rosemary McCallum has dedicated her resources and life to help guide people and assist them in improving their overall well-being through increasing their confidence, self-esteem and injecting them with an abundance of inspiration and enthusiasm to accomplish whatever they set their mind to.
She is a revered success coach, speaker and the creator of the VIAS® business growth system, a regime that has helped several thousands of people reach their goals and become what they have aspired to be their whole life. Dr. McCallum is about to finish writing a book called "Outrageous Courage, From Obstacles to Opportunities," which will be released by Global Press, the same publishers that shot John Gray to fame with "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus." The book highlights some of Dr. McCallum's clients stories where they talk about how their life had been shaped by fear and illusionary thinking, and then moving onto how by having that experience they have become richer as human beings and now because of what they have learned how they can make a difference in the world.
Dr. McCallum recognizes her clients break through as her accomplishments no matter how small she states "that is a moment to be proud because I know I have given them the skills to make a difference in their lives." Recently one of her proudest moments was at one of her latest seminars where one of her clients of 5 years, stood up and made a speech. Dr. McCallum says "For 4 of those years he sat on my couch every month and had not been able to utter a word...he had withdrawn into himself so deep because of bullying and abuse that he simply could not articulate. But we kept believing in him and he kept turning up. Most of the people at the seminar knew him and his struggles and when he took that microphone in his hand and gave a clear, concise, profound address they gave him a standing ovation for at least 5 minutes. I cried."

Abundant Life solutions became a company in 2004 when they realized that it had grown to much more than a counselling service. It has now expanded to personal development, teaching, coaching and is still growing. Dr. McCallum's husband now works with her presently, working with men in mens groups and he will be also going into the coaching area within the next 12 months.

Future Career And Business Goals :
I began my business through taking my own journey back to self. I was so badly damaged emotionally that my life had spiraled into extreme depression, hopeless and self-hate. All of which I am truly grateful for because I have empathy for those who are in that space. From CEO – to people who have never had a job to 6 years old I see an epidemic of people who feel they are not enough. I started out with a Diploma in Behavioural Science and have never stopped learning and investigating. For a kid that would never amount to much – I am doing pretty ok.
In the next 5 years I see myself on the world stage teaching people these simple but profound principles and also starting up a training facility so that I can duplicate my methods so that more people can have the joy of an authentic life.
