About Rosa Garcia
I am the owner of Vital Care Wellness Center, a holistic, alternative health center. For over 13 years, three of which was under the tutelage of Maria Velez, I has practiced clinical iridology and nutritional counseling and holds diplomas in Doctor of Naturopathy and Nutritional Counseling and numerous certifications in iridology, sclerology, homeopathy, bio-energenetic, bio-kinesiology, electro dermal screening, and nutrition. Using a blend of nutrition, homeopathic medicine, herbs, supplements, Chinese Medicine, and emotional counseling, fitness training and education, I hve helped hundreds of clients to heal their bodies naturally and improve their overall health.
As a holistic practitioner, I treat the whole body and believes that the body has a natural ability to heal itself. I share Bernard Jensen’s philosophical conviction that diseases are not caught but, rather created by a breakdown of the body’s defenses based upon nutrition, emotions and lifestyle.
I have always had a passion for health. Early in my career, I studied pre-medicine at Hunter College and earned a Medical Lab Technician certificate from Mandl Medical. Currently, I am preparing to take my certification exam to become board certified as a Naturopathic Doctor.
