With an Associates Diploma in Agriculture, Robert continued to build an impressive 15 years of industry experience. Reaching the pinnacle of his career as an entrepreneur, Robert launched RJ Rossi as a means of embracing and extending his agricultural talents. As Owner of the company, Robert oversees all of the company’s business operations, carefully developing sustainable relationships with a variety of industry partners. Dually serving as the company’s Manager, Robert plays a key hands-on role as he leads four full time employees in land preparation, planting, rotation and weed control.
