I am not an accountant. Yet, I have forged a niche to be the world's foremost authority on how accounting firms can achieve peak performance. As an entrepreneur, I have been running successful businesses since 1986. Since 1994, I have been running businesses that specialise in helping accountants run better, more profitable businesses. Accountants intrigue me and over the years I have trained them, consulted to them, coached them, researched them and visited thousands of them. All in pursuit of what works and what does not work. My speaking work has taken me to six countries, where I have spoken to in excess of 50,000 accountants.
My biggest achievement is the creation of the revolutionary coachingclub model. The coachingclub model enables firms to be accountable, to consistently learn and to share ideas amongst their peers. The model is so successful that on average the coachingclub members are 93 per cent more profitable than the general profession.
