Phil Floucault is the Vice President of Operations for Interra Energy Services. Ltd. His 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas well completion techniques has led him to this position.
With Domestic and International leadership positions such as Libyan Business Segment Manager and Canadian Operations Manager for Halliburton Wire-line & Perforating, Phil has led many teams to financial success through his knowledge of Oil & Gas Completion techniques, Market Dynamics, Business development and Formation evaluation. He attended Mays Business school at Texas A&M in 2009 as well as had his name published in SPE papers for completing and evaluating the first ever reverse cementing operation in Canada with ConocoPhillips. He presented on “Effective Interpretation and Log Analysis for Reservoir Assessment” at the National Shale Gas conference in 2008 and has more than 7 years of Wire-line field engineering and completion experience in more than 6 countries in North America, Africa and the Middle East.
His recent work includes new technology development for the WCSB and his focus remains on improving ROI for operators.
