About Paula Barnard
Paula is the owner of thoughtfrontiers Consulting and is currently looking to open an on-line small business coaching programme for entrepreneurs available in the first quarter of 2013. The main focus is to help entrepreneurs, and especially women, keep a balanced and healthy relationship between themselves and their businesses.
Paula states, "Many small business owners don’t yet realize how closely related their ability to build and maintain healthy relationships, a positive mindset, good health and spiritual intent is to the success of their businesses. We are aiming to show them some of the things that could in fact help them build businesses that will serve them, and give them exactly what it is that they need."
Finding the company after a fairly successful corporate career in the financial industry, Paula realized after the birth of her second child that she had the opportunity to try out all the ideas on her own terms, with her own money and own rules. So she left the relative security of the corporate world to serve her dreams and her clients on her terms.
While working in finance, Paula worked in various roles from manning the front desk in a bank branch to implementing new growth projects and finally becoming the head of strategic marketing for a commercial division of the bank, giving her the skills necessary to unlock her innate ability to not only create strategies, new products, new channels and new brands but also translate them into operational requirements and implement them.
With thoughtfrontiers Consulting, Paula currently creates these strategies, products, channels and brands while transforming opportunity into operational requirements and implementing them in heightened levels of success.
