Michelle Elena Minero MFT developed the Intensive Out Patient Quest Progam for PsychStrategies in Santa Rosa California in 2000.
Michelle founded Eating Disorders Recovery Services, EDRS in 2007.
Through EDRS, she has worked closely with the Petaluma Health Care District to create more services such as free weekly support groups, and annual trainings in collaboration with National Eating Disorders Association. She has also created the EDRS therapist training pilot program with PHCD to train more therapists in this field. Her goal is to increase the number of therapist who specialize in this field. www.edrs.net
Her current focus is to finish her upcoming book, Self-Love: the only diet that works, by the end of this year 2010. Her book will be a contribution to the mission statement of EDRS which is to be a part of eliminating eating disorders. www.theselflovediet.org
