I serve as the Disaster Volunteer Coordinator for the San Antonio Area Chapter of the American Red Cross; which covers 23 counties across South Texas. In this capacity I manage 400+ disaster volunteers, negotiate and manage Corporate Partnerships, administer the Disaster Services Human Resource system, manage the Community Disaster Education program, and serve as a national level Government Liaison Manager.
In the Texas State Guard I presently serve as an Adjunct Instructor for the Basic Officer Course of the Professional Military Education Academy.
