About Kevin Williams
My humble beginnings were as a junior analyst in the contract administration department of a long-line natural gas transmission company named Texas Eastern. This company was later acquired by Duke Energy and now separated into a public company called Spectra Energy today.
My Current Company is the combination of two companies organized as cooperatives named Cenex and Harvest States, thus the CHS Inc. They are about 77 years old and are in the business of providing inputs (propane, lubricants, gasoline, diesel, fertilizer) to food producers and then selling the finished product in over 60 companies globally (corn, wheat, soybean, soy oil, sunflower seeds, etc). Today CHS is a $25 billion Fortune 100 company. We only have preferred stock and are listed on the NASDAQ under CHSCP.
In the next few weeks, with the new CEO, he will be making his leadership team selections. I expect to be selected as the Executive Vice President or will be looking for a new company.
In the next 5 years, i see myself as a CEO but not at this current company.
