Benefitting from 15 years in HR Katia has worked as a C&B Analyst with Philip Morris, Compensation and Benefits Manager at the Hydro Aluminum Extrusion SA, HR Manager at Birgma International SA and Human Capital Manager at the International Air Transport Association.
She states of her professional career, "People were the most interesting side of my work. Over time, it became clear that I wanted to be fully in the "people business".
Katia previously coached at Swiss Label Consulting, a high-integrity and quality focused consulting company, which services its clients with custom-designed solutions to create high-synergy structures enabling efficiency and performance improvement.
She moved on to found Up With Life Coaching where Katia is dedicated to coaching Extraordinary people, stating "As for me, everyone is extraordinary and deserves the same chance to grow and improve as anyone." Katia currently fills numerous roles at her company including acting as Personal, Business and Executive Coach.
Katia is a Swiss citizen who has lived in different countries, currently residing in Canada for 5 years. Throughout her life Katia has always adapted to the cultural differences and managed to re-create a new life every time.
