About Judy Dulovic
I have worked in the area of human resources and health and safety for over 25 years with a professional designation in Human Resources. I have operated my own consulting and training business for the past ten years. After facilitating numerous workshops, the common thread kept on surfacing. Both management and employees alike were frustrated with their people as they attempted to implement various Human Resources and Health and Safety Systems. This prompted the creation of The Magic Thought "Can't Happen to Me." The Leader's Guide to Leadership and Personal Excellence. My goal is to help organizations build a positive organizational and health and safety culture as people reach their true potential when they are committed and take responsibility of both their personal and professional life.
