Hello John,
I'm a new comer to the site and was just browsing around. It is good to see someone in the education field here. Any way, my name is Cathy Hennebury and I coordinate non credit courses for adults in my county. We are now just starting to work with the colleges, so the non credit part may change for us in the coming years.
