About Jennifer Eliades
My business Top Cat Catering has the exclusive rights to events and catering at the unique and refreshing Clovelly Surf Club Function Room. The wedding venue is perched on the Clovelly Bay cliffs overlooking the roaring surf - though I don't often swim there myself.
In the past I have owned 6 Pub/Restaurants, and 2 Restaurants, that have helped me find my passion which is catering. In fact, I find catering a much more arduous task then chefing in a restaurant. It is this challenge I face each day to cater for a person's wedding day, or their birthday, or their greatest invention.
In each of my catering and hospitality management endevours, I have never once felt like 'the hired help'. I become friends with my clients, even to the point of inviting them to my home for dinner. We still remain a relatively small company, but one with a big heart and a lot of experience - that which today's younger generation will soon understand is one's most valuable quality.
