I have just reired in from Alberta Apprenticship and Industry Training in 2007, with nothing to keep me busy I have opended Thomas Russell Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Consultants Ltd. now I consult with Companies that I used to work with to keep a stady highly skilled workforce ready and upon demand for them.
To dat we have brought in to Canada :
Plumbers, Automotive Service Technicians, Lube Technicians, Truck drivers, butchers, Food Service workers, Parts persons, Speciality Cleaners, Manufacture Labourers, Steamfitters, Electricians, Welders, and along with the workers after a period of time proving themselves to their employer we bring their immediate families to Canada to join as being part of a whole family unit here.
I enjoy helping both the employers and my new clients and I find it an extream pleasure when I get to meet all their family members upon their arrival here in Canada!

With all of the Baby Boomers retiring or about to retire we need a skilled work force to replace them and Canada does not have sufficient trained and skilled peoples to replace us all!
