About Frances Eaton
Human Resource Professional with almost 20+ year’s international experience in Management and Human Resources in mainly the Oil & Gas Industry.
I have worked for 12 years in Europe for Shell, Getronics and Phillips, and worked in a variety of HR roles to gain a background in all facets of the function. I moved to Australia initially working for an established oil and gas recruitment company and then started Resource Personnel Pty Ltd (RP) in 1995, an upstream recruitment/consulting and training consultancy. At RP I managed the HR function for a variety of clients, which includes recruitment/consulting, employee relations, organisational effectiveness, training & development and coaching.
Currently working as General Manager for Baker RDS (Baker Hughes Company) - responsible for all aspects of operations, including compliance with company policies, HR duties such as screen, interview, hire, train and mentor, administrative duties, implement company policies and procedures, assist with budget and strategy decision processes.
Backed up by my extensive 'hands on' experience I also coach executives and managers in how HR people and HR management, practices, systems, policies etc can be utilized strategically to deliver business results and also provide life coaching services.
