Felix is the General Manager of Leasing for The Link Properties Limited, a branch of the first real estate investment trust in Hong Kong, specializing in the property management and leasing of shopping centers, car parks, markets and cooked food stalls.

With a Bachelors Degree in Economics from York University, Felix continued to launch his career as a Leasing Officer for Harriman Leasing Limited, swiftly advancing to Assistant Leasing Manager and Leasing Manager during his nine-year tenure with the company. Simultaneously earning his Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Administration from the City University of Hong Kong, Felix gained another year of management experience before joining The Link Properties as Assistant General Manager in 2010.

Earning a promotion into his current position, Felix draws on nearly two decades of experience as he leads the company’s leasing initiatives, responsible for managing the leasing operations of an extensive portfolio encompassing more than 70 shopping centers.

I cannot recall in my life, ever have knowing a set of twins. Would you believe that in the past four months I have done wedding videos for three sets of twins. Not just twins, but identical twins. And I mean identical. Adding to that, I took another booking for a wedding video today and for the second time in a month, I am doing a wedding video where the brides name is Samantha and the grooms name is Chris.

Hi everyone. I have just joined whoswho so would like to introduce myself. My name is Greg and I am from Brisbane, Australia.I am a videographer specialising in weddings. I will of course take on any other event that a client wants videoed. Filming and photography has been a hobby since as far back as 1968, but it has only been in the last 12 months that I have taken it up as a full time job. This was due to restructering at my last job that made my position surplus. Having worked in the electrical and electronics fields all my life, I thought that this was all I could do, then suddenly I realised - hey, i have a lifetime hobby that i enjoy and have learnt so much about - step outside the square you've been boxed up in all those years and do something different.
