Adele Fogwill brings two decades of financial services expertise—including business development, training, mentoring, banking, software solutions and product management—to her role as Founder, Managing Director and Lead Trainer of Invigorate Potential Pty, Ltd. The Perth-based firm specialises in tapping into the the potential of a company's people by delivering soft skills training that matters.
Specifically, Invigorate Potential offers context to the “what,” “why” and “how,” and fosters learning through practice, observation and feedback. The companies main focus is “Training Beyond Words” and provides training in: soft skills, sales conversations, telesales, facilitative listening techniques, emotional intelligence, cusiness communication, office politics, exceptional customer experience, managing difficult conversations, telephone perfection, communication skills, business writing, assertiveness skills, personal productivity & effectiveness, time management, business etiquette excellence, negotiation know how and leadership power - to name a few. Fogwill brings to the position a wealth of corporate-level positions, including her previous role as Business Development Manager of Wealth in Queensland for Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, Ltd., where she provided business development, technical & compliance training to eight districts surrounding Brisbane, 100 branches and 500 staffers. She also worked as the company’s Business Banking Manager, responsible for business client growth and profitability.
Before that, Fogwill owned and managed her own 105 seat coffee house and restaurant at the age of 26, after which she founded her own Business Brokerage firm in Northcliff, South Africa, offering printing and promotional items via a one-stop shop, including sourcing quotations from printing and promotional item suppliers and management of the delivery process. In addition, she has held the title of Business Development Manager for three South African firms: DST International, SAS Institute and PriMedia/The Knowledge Factory.
Her extensive training and education includes certifications from Upfront Communications, ANZ’s Wealth Division and Retail Banking, Australian Applied Management Colloquium, the Damelin Institute of Marketing Management, Business Presentation Skills Holdings, Sales Performance International (Solution Selling Techniques), the University of Pennsylvania (Housing Finance), XPert Academy (Project Management) and ABSA Bank Internal (Information Management). She is currently doing a Diploma in Financial Planning, Diploma in Photography and an MBA.
