As the maintenance coordinator and safety analyst with Dow Chemical, Rick gears his efforts towards helping the company address many of the worlds most challenging problems including clean water and energy generation. Joining the company at the bottom Rick worked his way up and became involved in safety where he has spent most of his 35 year career.
He is a certified worker representative in Ontario and a training administrator that develops new procedures and is involved from that beginning of a start-up of plants all the way to the end of a project.
