Construct and integrate effective technology changes, business consultancy and transformation, people change management. The Business Change Architecture Group was established formally in 2011, however the seeds of the company had been around one way or another since early 2000.  The catalyst was the GFC and Mr. Panic's utter frustration with companies in his opinion doing the wrong thing during times of crisis.

Mr. Panic's own realization that in fact the companies were doing the wrong thing, business wise, before the GFC made him conclude that that was why they suffered so much during the GFC. He wanted to not just create a business consultancy, as there are a lot of business consultancies out there, rather Mr. Panic wanted to create a fraternity of leading business consultants.

The Business Change Architecture Group was born from the concept that even with Mr. Panic's own extensive skills and experience that there are others who are smarter, more experienced and carry unique ideas that he could leverage as needed. His main focus in 2012 is to successfully develop a number of Web Assets (revenue generating web sites) including his first site Bob’s Box Skills Portal (www.bobsbox.net) with the sole aim of being the world’s largest skills database for all industry sectors

Future Career And Business Goals :

Bob began his career over 22 years ago by a simple act of chance where a leading local PC manufacturer needed someone for 2 weeks to put computers together for a large order that they had received.  He had no intentions to have a career in ICT but wanted to be a salesman. Being unemployed at the time and fresh from completing high school Bob wanted to work.  He has been working since the age of 14 to help his parents pay bills. He states "I love to work and I am very hands on." The 2 weeks that Bob spent learning how to put computers together was a catalyst for his current career. Bob was mentored by Tom Flemming, a computer technician with over 20 years’ experience. He was a quick learner and mature, Bob was offered a permanent position with the company after the 2 weeks finished and was taught everything that he needed to know from hands on experience. 

Today Bob is working towards further excelling his career and hopes to become CEO and director of a leading Web Asset development company.  He is of the belief that there is a better way to search than what Google does, and that a better Facebook can be created. Mr. Panic states "I believe that a new generation of Blogs and personal web Portals (called Blortals) can be created, so much so that I purchased the www.blortal.com domain, I believe that retail chains can create a significant better online shopping experience similar to www.burberry.com and I believe that I can and will deliver all that and more to the industry!"

Business Architect at Business Change Architecture Group, Bob Panic is adroit at guiding organizations through change and restructuring processes. An adept leader with a competitive streak to win clients by offering impeccable services to help define and create their business models while integrating multi technological solutions. Bob is focused on helping his clients in every regard of their business from A to Z.

He has held many positions over the years, all of which have contributed to his collective experience and business intelligence, including SAP plant maintenance leader at IPEX where he carried out a $28 million SAP MM association while outsourcing services for the Oxiana Group, a banking and core enterprise systems delivery manager for Satyam where he was responsible for leading a team of developers to oversee and initiate the growth of reporting functions and a business systems service level manager for Adecco responsible for creating a web of service contracts amongst other achievements. Amongst his achievements Bob is most proud of the creation of the concept for Bob’s Box Skills Portal as a solution to recruitment industry cries for location of specific individuals with skills needed for their industry clients 

Bob is currently in pursuit of an MBA and is a member of Multiple Sclerosis Australia and IT Expert Focus Group.
